Whew, trying to get on the bike by 7AM, ugh. It's going to be just me and ol' Pandora Radio for the ride today. Caffiene, check, oatmeal, check, sun screen, check.

Training:
5 hours Workout Description:
BT: Hill anaerobic-endurance intervals. On a 6-8% hill do 8 x 3 minutes @ 325 watts.
Coach's Comments:
Most of the ride is in Z2 / then do two hill circuits the last 1.5 hrs of ride.


Be back a little after high noon.
